The Kannapolis Cannon Ballers are a Single-A affiliate of the Chicago White Sox and a member of the Carolina League. The organization is entering an exciting time with the recent unveiling of a new brand identity, coinciding with the relocation to a new downtown ballpark in 2020. The team is assembling a Front Office that is driven to succeed and establish the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers as a model franchise for Minor League Baseball. A Partnership Sales & Activation Coordinator will play a vital role in building and capitalizing on the momentum of our franchise, while continually building relationships and laying the foundation for long-term success. Ideal candidates will have a focus on customer service and salesmanship, while naturally applying core values of imagination, enthusiasm, and self-confidence.
This role will report to Temerity Baseball’s Chief Revenue Officer and Cannon Ballers General Manager.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Partnership Sales & Activation Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting the corporate sponsorship team with game day duties, partnership reports, and event coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

TRAINING: All team members within the Cannon Ballers Sales Department are provided with ongoing and comprehensive training. Beyond a continued education of the sales process, a focus on philosophy and personal growth are installed so each member of the department maintains a successful career path.
